Q1: How to find the suitable laser marking machine?
Answer: You can tell us your requirement, working material, size, detailed work by picture or video so that we can provide you our professional marking solutions. For example, please let us know what kind of materials you want to mark? how many pieces will you mark per day, per month or per year? Do you want to mark with depth or just surface marking? Also, you can send the sample material to us for testing marking, after the samples are marked, we will send back for your final approval.

 

Q2: How to use the marking machine, is it easy to operate?

Answer: It very easy to operate the laser marking machine. We have English operation manual and operation video which can show you how to operate the machine. Our after-sales team is available 24 hours online who are very professional for providing all technical support as well as training.

 

 Q3: What is the minimum order quantity(MOQ)?

Answer: The minimum order is 1 set laser marking machine , if you order more than one at once, we can offer you some discount.

 

Q4: What are the terms of the payment? 

Answer: 100% prepayment(full advanced payment) will be highly preferred by T/T, Western Union,  Moneygram, or by Cash. Also, Alibaba trade assurance by credit card online payment will be acceptable.


Q5: What about delivery time?

Answer: Normally, for our standard models, we always have machines in stocks, we can start delivery within 1-2 days after receiving of the prepayment; for the non-standard model, it will take 5-8 working days for production and will take 1-2 days for quality inspection.


Q6: Do you have CE certificates for your marking machines? Can you provide the certificate of origin?

Answer: Yes, we acquired CE certification since the year 2001 and updated yearly. We can apply certificate of Origin as per customs' requirements.


 7: How about service after sales of your engraving machine?

Answer: We are providing after sales services based on following:

Q8: What about the guarantee of the laser machines, in case the machine breaks down? 
Answer: we are providing one year warranty for all of our customers, within the warranty period, we are responsible all of the cost covering machine replacement, parts repair & replacement, delivery charges etc.

 

Q9: How about the packing of the laser marking machine
Answer: Standard cartoon or wooden box packing. Water-proof plastic film package with foam protection will be added to the machine and its parts.
