CNC tool handle automatically loading&unloading equipment is applied for nut lock type tool holder like G/SK type,UM type GER type,A type and MS type etc

Based on the production and tools,setting the screw torque. The equipment has the automatic stop function when it reach the setting torque, so it will be more safe, high efficiency and high precision. And the equipment can prolong the service life of screw,tools and relevant components as well as lower the labor intensity and production cost

5.Installation illustration

Please kindly take the following steps to install the equipment:

Firstly, put the equipment on the working table stationary and fasten the equipment on the table with screw. This installation step can be dispensed with our tool car

Secondly, cutting the fixed cable tie on the gear case and lift the gear case to the top limit

Thirdly, remove the fixing bolts between bottom board and base, store the bolts properly

6,Operation guidance

power on :

connect with the power adaptor and turn on the power switch on the back of the equipment

6.2. install tool holder

Place the desired tool holder in the tool handle seat, ensuring that the keyway is in place

6.3.tool loading

Place the tool to be removed in the tool holder, ensuring that the keyway is in place

6.4chuck loading

place the needed chuck in the nut of tool handle. ER type nuts ensure keyway placement,ER-A type nuts ensure hexagonal placement,Note the lock and open direction of the SK chuck

lubrication and maintenance

●base glide track, gear case glide guide rod should be kept clean. And keep oil feed maintenance to guarantee lubrication

●open the oil filter plug of gear case and check the worm rod lubrication every 1-3 months. If there's no oil lubrication on the surface of work rod, fill in the butter at volume of 50-100ml in the case of low speed operation of the gear case.
