The principle of laser marking is to use high energy laser beam to irradiate on surface of the workpiece. The laser beam will be transferred from light to heat energy instantaneously so that the surface layer of the workpiece will evaporate rapidly, resulting permanent anti-fake signs on the workpiece's surface.
Fiber laser marking machine uses the scanning method to mark on the workpiece. Incident laser beam lights on to two mirrors. By using computer control, the two motors are driven by the reflecting mirrors respectively to rotate along the X, Y axis. When the laser focuses on the surface of workpiece, the markings will be done in seconds. The working principle is shown in the following picture.
