Recently, HBS organized an internal technical training session focusing on two of our laser marking machines: a 50W vision laser marking machine and a 5W UV laser marking machine.
The training was mainly focused on the actual operation and use of the machines. Rather than only going through the specifications, our team spent time getting familiar with the equipment and learning how to operate and adjust it in practice.
The 50W vision laser marking machine was one of the main machines covered in the training. During the session, the team went through the marking software and practiced adjusting the marking parameters according to the actual application. The vision system and marking position were also part of the training, with the team making adjustments on the machine and checking the result step by step.
For a marking machine, knowing the basic specifications is only part of the work. In actual use, details such as marking position, speed, power and other parameters can affect the final result. Getting hands-on experience with these settings helps our team better understand how the machine responds to different adjustments.
The training also covered the black cabinet 5W UV laser marking machine. The team reviewed its basic operation and became more familiar with the machine's configuration and operating process. The UV machine is designed for applications that require fine and precise marking, and understanding its operation gives the team a better basis for discussing potential applications with customers.
For HBS, regular product training is part of keeping our team familiar with the machines we provide. The more directly we understand the equipment, the easier it is to communicate with customers about machine operation, application requirements and parameter adjustments.
We will continue to arrange practical technical training for different HBS machines, helping our team build a better understanding of the equipment and provide more useful support to customers.
